Arroz con Pollo—a classic dish of Spain and Latin America—has many interpretations. Recipes run the gamut from the incredible to the barely edible, depending on how much time and effort you’re willing to spend. We wanted to streamline this authentic dish to be done in under an hour without sacrificing great taste. We also developed a foolproof version of the tapas bar classic Sizzling Garlic Shrimp, where we demonstrate how to produce tender, juicy shrimp that’s filled with deep, rounded garlic flavor.
